New Cookery Room Fundraiser!
We have not been able to fully implement our food and nutrition lessons due to a cookery room which is not fit for purpose. The cookers are outdated and the work surfaces were not built with our younger children in mind. We have been able to adapt by utilising Kett’s Kitchen’s ovens, but this is taking away a crucial element of the cooking lessons, meaning that the children cannot place their prepared food directly in the ovens themselves and have that delight as they watch their food cook, smell the aroma and feel that sense of achievement as the whole dish comes together.

Our vision is to empower our children to become aspirational and inspirational life-long learners, so that they can contribute to the world community, whilst showing the core values of inclusivity, respect and tolerance.
From the first moment that I visited Robert Kett Primary School I was hooked! This is a school with an extraordinary charm and an ethos which holds the children at its heart. We are lucky to have a highly-skilled, committed team who strive for the upmost success for our children and who have a caring and supportive ethos at their core. Robert Kett Primary School is undoubtedly a unique school and I feel privileged to be leading us forward.
It is my aim to build on the secure foundations and current achievements ensuring that our school is forward thinking and ambitious within a supportive and safe environment. I fully appreciate how important each year of a child’s school life is towards preparing them for life. I am passionate about teaching and have high expectations, not only for myself but for all members of our school community. I hope you will support our high expectations in all areas, especially in attendance and behaviour which naturally impacts greatly on achievement.
I will strive to ensure that our school supports children to be whole rounded individuals. I strongly believe that school is the opportunity for children to discover and unlock hidden talents in a fun and nurturing environment. Every child has the ability to do amazing things if a school provides the right opportunities.
We welcome visits to our school; please contact the school office who will be happy to arrange this for you. Our admissions are managed by Norfolk Children’s Services admissions team using the following link: Norfolk School Admissions
